Electronic Product Delivery and Fulfillment

iPortis.com offers several different ways to create custom registration codes for our vendors.

Remote and hosted script calls
Full Version Product File Hosting
Custom XML Communication
Vendor provided registration codes and/or serial numbers
Windows 32 EXE calls

Remote and hosted script calls	Through the iPortis.com Vendor Control Panel, clients have the ability to call a remote script URL which includes .asp, .php, .cgi, or any internet-based script that can accept parameters. We then help configure product delivery settings to call the remote or hosted URL, generate the results, and embed the returned value(s) in the outgoing Customer E-Mail Message.
Full Version Product File Hosting	Through the iPortis.com Vendor Control Panel, clients have the ability to upload the full version of their product(s), and configure their upload to limit the number of attempts and number of days a download link is valid for a specific order. We then help configure product delivery settings to provide the temporary URL in the outgoing Customer E-Mail Message.
Custom XML Communication	iPortis.com clients have the ability to transmit customized XML-based data on authorized transaction data, which includes all information collected from the order form except credit card details. This feature is commonly used to assist in the control of product delivery, and for easy electronic storage of valuable customer data in a customizable vendor defined format.
Vendor Provided Registration codes and/or serial numbers	Through the iPortis.com Vendor Control Panel, clients have the ability to load registration codes and/or serial numbers to be provided via e-mail once a transaction is authorized (the file to be uploaded must contain comma-separated codes/numbers to be loaded in real-time). The unused codes/numbers that have been pre-loaded are then embedded in the outgoing Customer E-Mail Messages as needed.
Windows 32 EXE calls	iPortis.com clients have the ability to call Windows based executables to generate registration codes and/or serial numbers for electronic product delivery. We allow clients to provide a Win32 EXE to be hosted on our servers, and help configure product delivery settings to call the EXE, generate the results, and embed the returned value(s) in the outgoing Customer E-Mail Message.

Monthly Vendor Payment Cycle with Multiple Vendor Payment Options

On the last day of each month, iPortis.com will send payment for all of the previous month's business. For example, on May 31th 2008, Vendors will receive payment for all their sales (less commission) made during the month of April 2008.

Vendor payment options currently include:

Payment by check via U.S. Postal Mail (FREE)
Payment by check via U.S. Postal Mail Registered Mail (charges may vary)
Payment by check via UPS, FedEx, DHL (charges may vary)
Domestic Electronic Fund Transfers (ACH) ($20.00 USD)
International Electronic Fund Transfers Outside the U.S. ($40.00 USD)

Vendors also have the option of enrolling in a Minimum Amount Limit Payment Service, so that they have the ability to receive payment once a certain revenue limit (minus commission) has been reached. The minimum payment amount is $25.00 (USD).

Real-time Fraud Detection and Prevention

iPortis.com uses a combination of state-of-the-art risk management tools, and fraud protection representatives to perform both "pre" and "post" transaction screening. Industry standard processes and techniques such as AVS and CCV2 checks are used to perform fraud pre-screening, and our fraud detection system is constantly being updated to leverage the information from previous transactions to provide for the best possible fraud protection system in the industry.

Although it is impossible to eliminate 100% of fraudulent transactions on any system, iPortis.com has processes, procedures and techniques in place provide the highest level of protection possible. It is also important to know that we do promote and welcome all types of feedback from our entire Vendor community to help identify potentially fraudulent transactions.

There are no additional fees or surcharges for processing a certain type of order, as all order methods are made available at no additional cost.

We also do not require that Vendors use iPortis.com exclusively to help market and sell their products. In fact, we believe Vendors should use other methods to help maximize their profit margins.

We are confident that of all the other methods and services Vendors have available to them, iPortis.com provides the most comprehensive array of services at the most attractive price without sacrificing Vendor and Customer service.

No Chargeback or Refund Fees

In the event that an approved transaction results in a chargeback or a refund, iPortis.com absorbs 100% of any charges or fees related to chargebacks or refunds. Vendors are not be responsible for any fees associated with a chargeback or refund.

In the event of a chargeback or refund on a transaction, the amount of the transaction will be deducted from the Vendor's account in the same billing cycle the chargeback or refund occurs.

Recurring Billing Payment Options

iPortis.com Vendors have the option to configure their Products to use our Recurring Billing option, which will allow Vendors to bill customers on a pre-defined recurring basis for a pre-defined amount.

Once a Product is enrolled, Vendors can then set the amount to be charged, and the billing cycle time (in days) to automatically start a recurring billing cycle.

Any authorized (approved) transaction on iPortis.com where the Customer chooses to include delivery of their Product(s) on CD-ROM will result in a credit of $3.00 directly to that Vendor's Account.

Optional Download Insurance Service for Customers

iPortis.com offers Vendors the ability to offer Download Insurance to their Customers, for those Vendors who deliver EXE files (or other solutions) directly to their Customers once a transaction is approved.

Vendors that enroll their Products in the Download Insurance Service have the opportunity to offer their Customers a valuable service, as well as generate an additional revenue stream at the same time.

Any processed transaction on iPortis.com where the Customer chooses to include the Download Insurance option will result in a credit of $3.00 directly to that Vendor's Account.
